Sarah Drummond is a commercially minded Managing Director and Executive Producer with more than 30 years' experience building creative businesses, leading international productions and shaping growth across film, television, branded content and global partnerships.

Over 13 years at LS Productions, Sarah played a central role in transforming the company from a Scotland-based production service into a globally recognised content and production partner operating internationally across commercials, fashion, music videos, film, television and branded content.

Known for her calm leadership style and strong commercial instinct, Sarah has extensive experience operating within founder-led, high-growth and internationally focused creative businesses.

Alongside her commercial and production work, Sarah remains passionate about widening access into the creative industries. Earlier in her career, she taught filmmaking to young people in care settings and youth prisons, an experience that continues to shape her leadership approach today.

In 2022, she helped spearhead LS Productions' move into original content through the launch of LS Films.
