Progressed through senior leadership roles, Head of Production, Executive Producer, then MD & EP, helping scale a Scotland-based production service into an internationally recognised production and content partner. Launched LS Films in 2022, moving the company into original content. Contributed to inclusion within the FEBE Growth 100 and The Sunday Times fastest growing businesses (2023).
Worked independently across commercial and creative productions, expanding industry relationships and broadening experience across agencies, brands and production partners internationally.
Produced work across commercials, television and film, managing productions from development through to delivery while building relationships with agencies, directors and clients across the UK production industry. BAFTA Scotland recognition achieved during this period.
Began on reception and progressed to Operations Manager, building strong operational and organisational foundations early in her career — the groundwork for three decades of creative industry leadership.
